A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Mortgage Advice Team at Newcastle Building Society. We are seeking a qualified Mortgage Adviser to provide exceptional service to our customers and contribute to making our department a great place to work.

To ensure our customers receive the best possible service, we will provide full training to support your growth and development. You will be the face of the Society and the first point of contact for customers seeking mortgage advice, either by telephone, video, or face-to-face.

You will be comfortable engaging with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for various mortgage types. Our purpose is to connect communities for a better financial future, and this role aligns with our goal of removing barriers to home ownership.

Our working hours are 9am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm Saturdays, with a 35-hour working week.

About You

You will need to be great with people through all channels, have experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy, and possess clear and concise written and spoken communication skills. Being CeMAP qualified or equivalent is essential for this role.
