The Grand Brighton seeks a highly skilled and enthusiastic Porter and Host to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with their luggage
  • Parking guests' and visitors' cars with care and efficiency
  • Maintaining the concierge area in a tidy and welcoming state
  • Being smart, clean, and well-presented at all times
  • Providing guests with excellent knowledge of the hotel and its facilities
  • Liaising with the Head Concierge to maximise revenue from the car park

As a Porter and Host, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality hospitality and have a positive attitude towards work.
