About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Probate Solicitor to join our team. As a Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients in relation to probate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients by telephone and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Probate Matters: Conduct probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting.
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of probate matters, ensuring that all cases are progressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all cases are managed effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified as a Solicitor / Legal Executive or equivalent (STEP qualification will be considered and qualified by experience candidates).
  • Experience: Experience of conducting probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Competitive Salary: £32,000 - £65,000 per annum.
