Job Title: Mental Health Nurse - Night Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care and provide high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions and facilitating their rehabilitation. You will be responsible for assessing and planning nursing care requirements, administering medication and treatments, and providing support and education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assessing and planning nursing care requirements for patients with mental health conditions
  • Administering medication and treatments according to protocols
  • Providing support and education to patients and their families
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and person-centered care
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of therapeutic activities and programs
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Supporting and advocating for patients to promote their well-being and recovery
Requirements
  • Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions and rehabilitation
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
