Housekeeping and Guest Experience Coordinator

As a key member of our hospitality operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous housekeeping and attention to detail. With a strong focus on cleanliness and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our property teams to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. You will also need to be comfortable traveling between properties and navigating city streets.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible vacation time, and annual free credits and discounts to stay in Sonder locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing housekeeping duties, including cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and restocking apartments
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the property
- Ensuring all furniture, appliances, and amenities are clean and in working order
- Traveling between properties to provide support and maintain high standards of cleanliness
