About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Project Manager with a solid background in architecture and joinery expertise on residential and commercial projects. This critical role involves overseeing on-site architectural supervision, construction management, and project coordination for a high-end residential property in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the design team operates efficiently, monitoring resources, scope, and deliverables while aligning project schedules with construction milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site construction management to guarantee compliance with design standards and project specifications.
  • Track fit-out contractor scope and provide regular progress updates.
  • Plan project phases and allocate resources to synchronize with the overall project master programme.
  • Manage change requests related to shell, core, and fit-out phases, ensuring timely implementation of design changes on-site.
  • Collaborate with external consultants throughout all project stages to achieve practical, cost-effective, and durable designs.
  • Evaluate design documentation to ensure it meets Utopia standards before release to external consultants.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Project Management Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Fit-Out Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Site Architect, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in hospitality design and construction, including space planning, FF&E, materials, on-site supervision, and typical building regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
