Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Chef & Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team at Jimnnicks. As a seasoned professional, you will bring expertise and passion to our kitchen, driving innovation and excellence in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee menu planning, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistent high-quality dishes
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain strict health and safety standards, adhering to regulations and best practices
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in culinary arts or related field, preferably with relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior chef or restaurant manager, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a talent for developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • A deep understanding of culinary trends, techniques, and best practices
