Lifeguard - Flexible

Are you passionate about swimming and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Lifeguard to join our team at Windrush Leisure Centre in Witney.
This is a vital role that requires you to be calm under pressure, highly responsible, and natural with people from all walks of life. As a Lifeguard, you'll supervise our customers in the pool, support the team in keeping our centres clean and tidy, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Knowledge of health and safety
- Be a great team player
- Ideal qualifications include the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up to date NPLQ training records
As a Lifeguard, you'll experience regular pool rotations, supervise and clean the pool area, set up equipment, deliver first-class customer service, and deal with customer queries. When not poolside, you'll be a key support to your team on a daily basis, preparing Studios, Gyms or Sports Halls for various activities, and the general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
