Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Rapid Access Nurse. This is a Band 7 position based at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust, serving over 600,000 individuals in Enfield, Haringey, Barnet, and Waltham Forest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Utilize robust clinical knowledge and skills to make informed decisions and take proactive approaches to work.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • NMC registration.
  • A minimum of 6 months' NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • Experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Honesty, integrity, and a caring patient-centred approach.
