We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Insight Analyst to join our team at VML Enterprise Solutions. As a Lead Insight Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as a Lead Analyst, providing insight in an ecommerce setting. You will be responsible for analysing digital behaviour, creating measurement plans, and establishing detailed reporting and visualisations to help our clients understand the performance of their digital channels.

You will work closely with our implementation analysts to identify customer behaviour to be tracked and use measurement tools to analyse digital user behaviours in detail. Your findings will be presented to senior-level client audiences, and you will work with our internal UX and design teams to inform the creation of new websites and apps.

As a Lead Insight Analyst, you will also have line management duties for a small team of analysts, including developing their skillset and driving the quality of their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping and delivering large analytics programs of work
  • Creating measurement plans that identify customer behaviour to be tracked
  • Establishing detailed reporting and visualisations to help clients understand digital channel performance
  • Analysing digital user behaviours in detail using measurement tools
  • Presenting findings to senior-level client audiences
  • Working with internal UX and design teams to inform website and app creation
  • Managing a small team of analysts, including developing their skillset and driving quality of work
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working as a Lead Analyst in an ecommerce setting
  • Advanced practical knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square)
  • Numerically adept in using Excel (or similar) to analyse data
  • Previous experience supporting junior team members
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Extensive experience working with senior client stakeholders
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
  • A proven track record of delivering large insight projects for leading B2C organisations
