Key Responsibilities:- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.
- Monitor and manage cash processes, stock integrity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the store is running efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve store operations, processes, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and develop business plans.
