About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our Professional Development team as an Administration Manager for Students. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a creative and innovative professional who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our clinical students.


Main Responsibilities



  • Manage the processes that underpin the Professional Development agenda relating to pre and post registration clinical students and apprentices.
  • Ensure that accurate placement mapping, allocations and student placement activity information translates into appropriate monthly reports.
  • Coordinate the BCHC, Higher Education Institutions, Further Education Institutions and NHS England reporting processes.
  • Manage the co-ordination and administrative responsibilities for functions such as seminars, conferences, workshops, clinical student forums, induction and feedback/debrief sessions.
