Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments on unoccupied properties and generate detailed repair documentation.
  • Service, maintain, and troubleshoot residential heating systems.
  • Ensure all tasks comply with industry standards and gas safety protocols.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring safety.
  • Be available for emergency call-outs as necessary.
  • Adhere to established operational guidelines and safety measures.
  • Document and report any incidents, close calls, or safety concerns.
  • Assist with additional maintenance tasks as required.
  • Engage with a diverse clientele with a flexible approach.

Qualifications:

  • Formal training with a relevant vocational qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
  • ACS Certifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
  • Possession of LPG and UNVENTED certifications is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with gas safety regulations.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Experience in customer relations.
  • Adaptability in work methods.
