Group 1 Automotive seeks an exceptional Vehicle Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Watford. As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs while providing excellent customer service and collaboration with the service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements.
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow.
  • Offer support and guidance to fellow Technicians in the workshop.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment.
