About the Role:

Hiredonline Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Private Client Support Specialist to join our team in Tamworth. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for assisting solicitors with a varied caseload, preparing legal documents, and providing exceptional client care.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
* Assist solicitors with a varied private client caseload, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and client letters, maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
* Liaise with clients, providing outstanding levels of client care, and maintain regular communication throughout each matter.
* Conduct legal research, ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Manage and organise client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality standards.
* Support with administrative tasks, including diary management, document filing, and meeting preparation.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a paralegal, preferably within private client law, with a strong understanding of legal software and MS Office suite. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach are also essential for this role.
