Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

At Clarity Recruiting Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead our mechanical and electrical engineering teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers (mechanical, electrical, and design-focused)
  • Manage team workloads, project timelines, and resource allocation to meet deadlines
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment

Requirements:

  • High experience of hands-on experience
  • A good number of years of experience in engineering management roles
  • Proven track record in mechanical and electrical design projects
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other design tools
