**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our IT Services team in York. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various technical practices. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, controlling, and reporting project risks and issues, as well as providing expert stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and produce high-quality project initiation documentation
* Creation of project plans
* Compilation of project reports and management of issues
* Keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of project progress
* Co-ordination of internal technical resources and some external vendors and subcontractors
* Management of multiple customer projects and programmes of work simultaneously
* Support objectives as defined in the company's information security policy

**Requirements**

* Competent risk and issue management
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Excellent skills with core Microsoft Office applications and a working knowledge of Microsoft Project
* Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
