Job DescriptionAs an Early Years Educator SEN Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring every individual child's needs are met. You will take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with the EYFS, and provide developmentally challenging next steps. You will also encourage and praise children's development and achievements, and ensure we have FUN
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
