Main Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based care to patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of patient care, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Administer medications as per policy and procedure, maintaining accurate records and adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- Participate in the improvement of patient care, reporting and escalating incidents as necessary, and cooperating with concerns and complaints.
- Establish effective relationships with patients, families, and carers, maintaining open and respectful communication.
- Take charge of shifts, delegating responsibilities, coordinating, and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth operation of the ward.
