Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough building surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify defects, necessary repairs, and overall condition.

  • Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Prepare detailed reports, schedules of condition, and specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior surveyors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • Chartered status (MRICS) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in building surveying, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and construction standards.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary ranging from £47,500 to £55,000, dependent on experience and chartership.
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays and the ability to buy/sell.
