Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Pioneer Selection, a pioneering Industrial Manufacturer in the Halifax area, seeks a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting repairs. You will work closely with other team members to identify and implement improvements to our manufacturing processes, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes
