Business Development Representative

Sales opportunity in Bracknell. Join RandM Windows and Conservatories as a Business Development Representative and sell our range of PVCu and Aluminium windows, doors and composite doors to customers in your area.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements. Building strong relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service is key to success in this position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making sales appointments with customers
  • Designing and selling quotes
  • Working face-to-face with customers in their homes and in our showroom
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Preparing sales documents and reports
  • Working with multiple stakeholders, including builders and suppliers

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in industry manufacturing software
  • Confident using Microsoft products
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused and highly motivated

We require a full valid UK driving license and the ability to commute to Bracknell and surrounding areas. While experience in the double-glazing industry is beneficial, it is not essential.
