Job Title: Wholesale Coordinator

Lacoste is seeking a highly motivated and organized Wholesale Coordinator to join our team. As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team to achieve KPIs and deliver the wholesale strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock lists and support NAMS and AMs with driving weekly re-orders.
  • Support across all wholesale channels with data & imagery uploads, as well as providing operational support where needed.
  • Support with NS deals, provide NS sell-in tools, place orders & follow up to ensure delivery.
  • Fully responsible for the engagement and growth of the B2B platform. Implementing initiatives to drive re-orders and grow the orderbook.
  • Support all NAMs and AMs as and when required.
  • Assist with market/showroom set-up and sales appointments.
  • Support with admin/portal requirements for all key accounts.
  • Provide product assortments for selected B2B customers.
  • To support the wholesale team with customer queries effectively and efficiently where required.
  • Supporting the team to maintain and update sales tools: contact lists, store mapping etc.
Requirements:
  • Wholesale experience with a premium lifestyle brand is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Autonomous self-starter, intuitive and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
