Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Economist - Data Driven Analysis, you will be responsible for applying economic analysis to property occupier and investment markets. Your duties will include:

  • Shaping our views on occupier and investment markets using our latest economic forecasts.
  • Producing regular written analysis from quick responses to detailed research on market themes.
  • Identifying key risks for investors.
  • Maintaining and improving our commercial property data sets for internal and external use.

You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality analysis and insights to clients. A generous bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave and enhanced pension scheme, will be offered to the successful candidate.
