Join Our Team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Randstad UK is a leading recruitment organisation that combines a fun and vibrant working culture with industry-leading support, training, and career development. We are seeking a talented Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction & Property team in Reading.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for filling roles in the Construction market in a fast-paced and rewarding role. You will work closely with our biggest clients in the region, building new and lasting relationships with candidates. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an exceptional experience for all candidates working with Randstad's clients
  • Meeting with candidates multiple times per week to build new relationships
  • Achieving targets and exceeding them
  • Accurately managing our payment systems to ensure candidates are paid on time
  • Ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures
