About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Specialist to join our Global Commerce team at ASOS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our merchandising curation strategy across key touch points of the website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, test, and execute detailed ranking and sorting rules to ensure category and search pages are relevant and fully optimised across channels/devices
  • Collaborate with digital trading managers to ensure the smooth execution of selling strategies across key events and campaigns
  • Ensure website standards are maintained to maximise business performance and customer journey
  • Produce and analyse detailed sales, site, and channel reports by market to optimise the user journey and ensure relevant product positioning and categorisation
  • Manage and optimise the category and navigation structure across channels/devices
  • Manage onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across markets and enhancing the search experience
  • Work with tech platform teams on systems development, requirements, and testing
  • Support campaign launches, rollout of new features and digital products
  • Support the management team in delivery of department strategy and drive the team forward through effective leadership, training, and development
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Experience of using online merchandising systems
  • Commercially aware, customer-obsessed with the ability to use initiative and intuition
  • Excellent communicator with good motivational and leadership skills
  • Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
