Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

A leading horticulture and grounds maintenance specialist is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join their team in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of gardens and grounds, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective work practices.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business operations.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with maintenance activities, ensuring budgetary compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance, with a strong understanding of horticulture and landscaping principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as required.
