About the Role:
Care UK is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Leader. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading the care team during your shifts, ensuring that we fully meet residents' medical, physical, and emotional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the care team during shifts, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents
- Mentor and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional care
- Champion residents' safety and dignity, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes to enhance care delivery
- Act as Named Nurse for your own portfolio of service users, providing personalized care and support
About You:
We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to continuous learning and development. You will be well-versed in care planning processes and familiar with clinical assessment tools. As a natural leader, you will be able to build close relationships with residents and their families, and drive positive change within our care teams.
