Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end translation and localization projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Proactively assess project risks and potential issues, resolving and closing identified gaps before they arise.
  • Quality Control: Proof, check, and format documentation with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in the translation or multi-lingual multi-media industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent client relationship management skills, with experience of managing higher-value contracts and clients.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying potential issues and providing well-thought-out solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the management team and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality results, meeting client expectations, and exceeding quality requirements.

Desirable Skills:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (required) and another language (desirable).
  • International Experience: Experience of working abroad or in an international environment (desirable).
  • Travel: Ability to travel internationally (desirable).
