21 HSC LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Respite Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling unpaid carers in South Ayrshire to access a much-needed break from their caring responsibilities.

This involves overseeing the application process, leading an assessment panel to ensure funds are distributed as widely and fairly as possible, and collaborating with other teams to support carers.

We are looking for someone with experience in managing large projects, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and managing a budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be able to lead an assessment panel to ensure funds are distributed fairly and efficiently.

This is a part-time position, working 14 hours per week, including some evening and weekend work. The salary for this role is approximately £9,689 per annum.
