We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payment Infrastructure Strategist to lead the development and implementation of our strategic vision for the global payment network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term strategy for expanding payment rails and methods across international markets, ensuring seamless transaction processing and on-time payments.
  • Payment Network Expansion: Lead the expansion of our payment network capabilities, fostering partnerships with key players in emerging markets, including OTC desks, ON/OFF ramps, PSPs, and Banks.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of payment professionals, driving innovation and excellence in execution, and developing team members to maximize their potential.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with local financial institutions in emerging countries to improve operational efficiency and expand payment network capabilities.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize payment workflows to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and increase the reliability of our payment infrastructure.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in payment processing or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering reliable and scalable payment solutions.
  • Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on inspiring and developing talent.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency protocols, and complex payment systems.
  • Experience collaborating on cloud-based infrastructure projects and integrating payment gateways.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to optimizing payment workflows.
