Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer service calls and emails, providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries and issues.
  • Log customer notes and interactions on our systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Take call-out payments over the phone, where required, and handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Take ownership of customer calls, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Good listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Confidence and a positive attitude, with the ability to make customers feel at ease and reassure them that their issue is being dealt with.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.03, with opportunities for overtime at £18.05 per hour.
  • A fully home-based working arrangement, with all necessary equipment and training provided.
  • A flexible working schedule, with shifts falling within the hours of 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday, and 8am-6pm, Saturday-Sunday.
