As a Data Centre Specialist, you'll work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a wide range of services, supporting client business needs in the most cost-effective and customer-satisfying manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of records
- Scanning of records into Iris Powerscan
- Complete Quality Checking of records
- Check and run reports in preparation for archiving
- Identification and management of historic records, resulting in refined local processes/management of the records to offsite storage
You'll be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, conducting yourself in a professional and mature manner at all times. You'll adhere to Iron Mountain's core values and work collaboratively across several teams to achieve targets.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams
- Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritising responsibilities to meet Targets
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, agile thinking in a demanding environment
- Ability to build and develop successful long-term relationships with customers, other teams and departments within Iron Mountain
Desirable but not essential qualifications include SC Clearance, P4 Pass, Previous Experience of the Sellafield Site, and Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
