You will be responsible for developing and building excellent relationships with suppliers, managing stock, orders, and budgeting, and working closely with the Restaurant General Manager to drive standards across the restaurant.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a similar environment and possess a strong ability to motivate and lead a team. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including meals on duty, 35% discount on food, beverages & treatments, Perkbox, and learning & development opportunities.
About the role:
- Drive the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to drive standards across the restaurant.
- Develop and build excellent relationships with suppliers, managing stock, orders, and budgeting.
- Support all restaurant staff with their training & development.
- Stepping up in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, overseeing staff rotation and day-to-day operations.
- Dealing with and solving complaints.
