Key Responsibilities

  • Drive forward sales and company objectives by providing outstanding customer service and promoting our wellbeing products.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Take ownership of cash handling and banking procedures, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist the team and store management with daily tasks, supporting the smooth operation of the store.
  • Support with stock management, including unloading deliveries and sending stock to the store.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive, using these tools to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times, inspiring wellbeing and driving customer loyalty.
  • Work proactively, taking initiative to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintain company standards at all times, ensuring a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for wellbeing and customer service. Key requirements include:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a health or beauty environment.
  • A passion for wellbeing and customer service.
  • A love of customer service that translates to inspiring colleagues.
  • Self-motivation and ability to maintain impeccable standards in store.
  • Confident communication skills, treating everyone with honesty, kindness, and respect.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
