As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be working from our flexible all-day menu to create dishes that delight our customers. You'll be part of a dedicated team, working closely with your Head Chef to ensure every dish meets our high standards. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking food to spec, in a clean and safe kitchen environment. Your goal will be to make every customer leave happy, which they tend to do thanks to your great food.

What you'll bring:

  • You may already have some kitchen experience as either a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or this might be something brand new to you.
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
