About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media and PR Specialist to join our team at Konecta. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions through various social media channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle consumer queries and concerns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Support the day-to-day social media operations, including proactive and reactive conversation of specific brands.
  • Publish, monitor, and moderate social engagement, including responding to and handling complaints received on various social and digital channels.
  • Assist the Danone Careline team in supporting consumers across all contact channels, acting as the first point of contact for consumers of the entire range of Danone products.
  • Handle queries and consumer complaints related to Danone products and their consumption.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in social media management and customer service roles.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong typing skills are essential.
  • Flexible to work shifts.

Training and Development

You will receive full training, including supporting ongoing training requirements for the duration of the project. You will also receive a full company induction, covering areas such as Data Protection Act and all other systems and soft skills training.
