About the Role:

  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including opening and closing procedures, security, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth, optimize resources, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
