Wood Process & Energy is searching for a talented Senior C&I Designer to contribute to our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering Instrument Design deliverables across diverse projects within the energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and refining sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating with other design disciplines to ensure seamless project execution and successful plant design.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive Instrument Design deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to integrate instrument designs into overall plant layouts.
  • Utilize your proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and AVEVA PDMS E3D software to create detailed instrument drawings and schematics.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of plant design principles, equipment functionality, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the optimization of instrument systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Qualifications:

  • HNC in Instrument Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience in the energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or refining sectors.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and AVEVA PDMS E3D software is essential.
