Job Title: Caterlink Cook - Food Production Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our team at WSH Group. As a Caterlink Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook a variety of meals and snacks, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a range of meals and snacks for students, adhering to nutritional guidelines and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
• Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure efficient food production and service.
• Participate in food safety training and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of menus and recipes, ensuring they meet the nutritional needs of our students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering, preferably at a supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work term-time only, with no weekends.
