About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Retail team at REISS. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

About You

  • You will have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You will be motivated, focused, and driven to achieve individual and team goals, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • You will be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • You will have the ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.

About the Job

  • You will deliver a premium and tailored customer service experience, providing in-depth knowledge of the brand and our products to customers.
  • You will communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • You will maintain visual standards, ensuring that the store is presented in a professional and appealing manner.
  • You will act as a REISS Brand Ambassador, promoting the brand and its values to customers and colleagues.
