Lead Pharmacist for Clinical Trials and Cancer Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our team in Clinical Trials and Cancer Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to the Clinical Trials and Cancer Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Registered Pharmacist with current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a clinical trials or cancer services setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
