**Job Title:** Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to drive digital transformation in our financial regulation software platform at Understanding Recruitment.

**About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial AI/ML experience, strong Python programming skills, and the ability to design advanced ML solutions. They will also be responsible for optimizing AI model performance and integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning
  • Optimize AI model performance to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems

**Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial AI/ML experience
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Experience with Azure Machine Learning
