We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our in-house tax team at Three Ireland. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will play a crucial role in managing corporate tax compliance and providing advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee corporate tax compliance processes, coordinating with internal departments and external advisors.
- Collaborate with the Head of Tax and Treasury and Group Tax on corporate tax projects, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
- Manage corporate tax audits, address queries, and handle submissions to tax authorities.
- Work closely with finance and group tax to ensure accurate accounting of current and deferred taxes during quarterly group reporting, Pillar 2 reporting, and statutory reporting.
- Provide expert advice on complex business transactions, contracts, M&A deals, and deferred tax matters.
- Take ownership of Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) compliance processes.
- Collaborate with the tax team to ensure compliance across all tax heads and participate in digitalisation projects where corporate tax is impacted.
- Prepare supporting documentation, processes, and training materials for corporate tax matters.
- Monitor and communicate changes in tax legislation and policy, particularly those related to OECD Pillar 1 & 2, and assess their impact on the business.
- Maintain regular communication with group tax on all corporate tax matters.
- Chartered Tax Advisor and Qualified Accountant (minimum 4 years post-qualification experience).
- Big 4 training is essential.
- Strong technical tax skills and detailed knowledge of the Irish tax system across all tax heads.
- Tax accounting experience is required.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Practical thinking and commercial awareness.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
