Job Description
We are seeking experienced Paramedics or Pharmacists to work with our team on a bank basis during the flu season. As a Clinical Vaccination Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking clinical duties relating to immunisation in primary and secondary schools and community clinic settings. You will work collaboratively to support the team, organisation, and company stakeholders to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote and support the operation of our School Aged Immunisation Service
* Support Programme Managers, Team Lead and Clinical Lead as applicable
* Participate in clinical supervision and performance development of staff
* Ensure all clinical incidents, near misses and complaints are reported, monitored and processed in line with organisational policies and procedures

About the Role
This role is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in immunisation and make a real difference in the community. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our organisation. The successful candidate will be based in Islington and will work mainly from Monday to Friday between 0830-1530/1500 with some evening and Saturday clinic work available. Saturdays are paid at time and a third.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including paid training and professional development opportunities. We also offer flexible working hours, health insurance, and access to a range of employee benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Paramedics registered with the HCPC or Pharmacists registered with the GPhC
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Understanding of the Routine National Immunisation schedule
* Understands and implements the principles of informed consent
