Senior Pizza Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate culinary team member to join our kitchen team at The Bamford Collection. As a pizza specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. If you have a love for crafting outstanding pizzas and want to be part of our growing success, we'd love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pizza Preparation: Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Pizza Cooking: Operate pizza ovens efficiently and skilfully to bake pizzas to perfection, ensuring even cooking and optimal flavour.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout all stages of food preparation and service.
- Presentation: Execute visually appealing pizza presentations, paying attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate timing and ensure smooth execution of food orders.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, taking pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a well-respected fresh food establishment.
- Understand how to maintain a wood fired oven, so as to deliver a controlled cooking environment.
- Proficiency in pizza dough preparation, pizza assembly, and oven operation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality culinary creations.
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Thorough understanding of food safety, be able to maintain a spotless working environment and display the highest levels of food hygiene practices.
- Presentation, as a customer facing team member, you must look smart and clean at all times.
- Flexibility, your working week will include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
- A competitive salary of £26,000 - £33,000 depending on experience.
