Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant Trainee

Salary: £11.63 per hour (30 hours per week)

About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to assist in delivering pharmacy services at the St Cross Hospital branch.

As a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to customers, patients, and healthcare professionals. You will be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, serving the community and interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Participate in all branch processes and procedures
  2. Establish strong relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
  3. Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services as required
  4. Maintain accurate handling of medicines and patient information
Requirements and Expectations

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-focused environment and possess excellent communication skills. The successful applicant must also demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
