About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

  • Relevant civil engineering qualification (HND/HNC/BEng) or equivalent.
  • Temporary Works Coordinator certification.
  • SMSTS qualification.
  • Appropriate CSCS card.
  • First Aid at work qualification (desirable).
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and ICE membership (advantageous).
