Role Overview

The role of a Senior Therapist - Neurodevelopmental Specialist at TCES involves delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions and initiatives to support best practice with vulnerable and complex groups. This includes developing and implementing tailored therapeutic education programmes for neurodiverse young people, aged 7-19, with special educational needs and disabilities typically associated with autism, social emotional and mental health needs, and associated disorders.

As a key member of the TCES team, you will work collaboratively with educational and pastoral staff to ensure the effective delivery of therapeutic education, bespoke interventions, and unique learning opportunities for our pupils. You will also contribute to the development of staff skills in supporting and elevating the wellbeing of highly vulnerable young people through specialist online therapy practice.
