We are looking for a dedicated Teaching and Assessment Specialist to join our team at Warrington & Vale Royal College.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Accounting, ensuring successful learner outcomes. They will also manage, review, assess, and train a caseload of students.

The role offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous annual leave entitlement (53 days inclusive of bank holidays and Christmas closure days, pro rata for part-time) and other benefits such as occupational pension scheme, employee benefits package, employee assistance programme, free on-site parking, full programme of training and mentoring, induction programme and buddy scheme, and flexible working where appropriate.

Suitable candidates will hold a relevant qualification in Accounting and have a proven track record of industry-related experience. A teaching qualification is advantageous, though candidates have the opportunity to obtain one while employed. It is also desirable that candidates have knowledge of apprenticeship standards and an assessor award.

In addition, applicants should possess excellent teamwork and organisation skills, with an 'excellence' mindset.
